A corporate career woman-turned entrepreneur and Buffalo native, Merritt brings both personal and professional experience to the real estate industry. She is a passionate homeowner and has lived all over WNY throughout her life. From the Northtowns to the city, to the Southtowns and back to the Elmwood Village - she has settled in the suburb of Lancaster, where she has lived for the last 13 years. Her Black Rock, Buffalo roots however, make her a city girl at heart. 

Merritt has over 20 years of professional expertise in digital marketing and high-profile negotiations. She attracts the right buyers and negotiates the strongest possible transaction for her clients. Her passion for home design combined with 7 years in the archictectural and interior design industry, has given her an eye for maximizing a challenging space in creative ways.

Her progressive approach to selling real estate is inspired by her extensive background in digital marketing - particularly in the automotive industry. When consumer demand shifted to online search, she worked with dealerships to adapt their marketing strategy and provide a better online experience for people looking to buy a car. Utilizing technology to merchandise inventory online, find qualified buyers, match them with the right inventory and deliver the right message to them at the right time - is what changed the industry forever.

Merritt's goal is to create an experience that is parallel to this consumer-driven demand for transparency in the real estate industry and provide a seamless process from start to finish for both her property seller and the buyer on the other side of the transaction. With this background, combined with high-profile negotiating skills, she possesses the critical attributes that will maximize her seller's profits and provide an excellent experience throughout the entire process.

But as a mom of two, you’ll probably see her taxi-ing kids around, more than you’ll see her out shopping!
