I am Merritt Kreutzer, a REALTOR® with WNY Metro Roberts Realty, licensed in New York. I live in Lancaster and help homeowners across Western New York plan a move at a turning point: more space, less upkeep, a parent's home, one household becoming two or two becoming one.
I work in the city of Buffalo, the Northtowns (Clarence, Amherst and Williamsville), the Southtowns (Orchard Park, East Aurora, West Seneca, Hamburg and Elma) and east of the city (Depew and Alden).
How I work
Three things happen on every sale and purchase I handle:
- Before the seller accepts an offer, I call the buyer's loan officer to confirm a true pre-approval.
- I decide the preparation before any photograph is taken, and the campaign for the home starts there. Professional photography and video are included on every listing.
- A sale and a purchase are planned together, with one set of deadlines.
