When your move is somewhere else
Not every move starts in Buffalo. Some of the people who find me live somewhere else entirely: former colleagues, friends, and people who watch my videos. Others live here and are headed elsewhere, whether they are selling a home here to relocate or buying a second home in a warmer place for the winters.
In both cases, you need an agent in a market where I do not work myself. I cannot sell you a home there. I can introduce you to someone who can, and who I know.

Why a personal introduction is different from a directory
I am part of a national coaching community of more than 300 agents, and I work with them almost daily. These agents and I are all coached by the same mentor, so I know how they run their business, how they treat clients and what they stand for.
A directory gives you names and ratings. I give you someone I have a relationship with, who works the way I work. Before real estate, I spent years in corporate roles, and I am still connected to colleagues across the country. If you are one of them, or you follow my work, and you need an agent where you live, I want you to know you can ask me.
Many people in my network do not think I can help them, because I am not in their market. I can, and the introduction is where I start.
Buying a second home in a warmer place

How it works
When I choose who to introduce you to, I consider the market you are headed to, what you are trying to do and how you like to be worked with, because a good match depends on all three.
The introduction takes three steps:
- You tell me where you are headed and what you are trying to do.
- I think about the agents I know in that market and choose the one I would send my own family to.
- I make the introduction personally, and you work directly with that agent.
